Phill was a leader in the Engineering industry upon his return to Nassau in 2000. He headed up a number of large multimillion-dollar companies with the goal of improving their Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and Engineering Departments. In addition, he was an integral member of the team that paved the way with anhydrous ammonia refrigeration in The Bahamas and even helped train the Bahamas’ Fire Department on its use and disaster recovery. Phill is also knowledgeable in food processing. He helped to manage and maintain several of the major plants in the country that export millions of pounds of seafood yearly. That knowledge also comes with “A” ratings from some of the most prominent audit companies in the world like YUM, AIB, and BRC. He has over 20 years of experience in IT, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. Phill has also held the positions of Vice President and Director in prominent companies in the Bahamas.
